On August 3, 2006 We welcomed Tyson S. Skeem into the world. It was a very easy labor once I got started. I was four days over due and my amniotic fluid levels were too low so I was induced that day. I was started on Pitocin at 1pm and by 7 that night Tyson was here. As the contractions got stronger his heart beat started to drop. Stan and I were worried that Tyson was not going to make it through much more, so we were luck that Tyson came out after 2 pushes and a short labor.
Tyson was 7 lbs. 5 oz. 20 inches long. He was postierier so I was lucky that I did not have to push more than I did. Tyson is a great baby. He loves his binki and sleeps very well at night. He does not have an ear pearcing cry like Emma did. Nor does he have colic.
